Payroll, also known as payroll outsourcing, involves hiring an external company to perform activities related to the calculation salaries as well as the calculation of contributions deducted.

• calculating remuneration under employment contracts based on existing regulations at the employer, including benefits, business trips, etc.
• calculation of remuneration under civil law contracts,
• providing clients with a payment order along with information on the amount of remuneration, tax and social security contributions, within the time limits provided for by applicable regulations and law,
• preparation of transfer sets to be imported in the banking system,
• submitting monthly settlement declarations to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),
• preparation of annual information on earned income and collected advances for personal income tax (PIT-11, PIT - 40, IFT), ZUS IMIR,
• handling salaries charged by bailiff’s seizure as well as others burdens (Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution)
• preparation of payslips.
